At DubaiChocolate.hk, we take pride in delivering high-quality chocolates and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:


1. No Returns for Perishable Goods

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on chocolate or food items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. This policy ensures food safety and quality standards are maintained.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or contains the wrong item(s), we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:

To Request a Replacement or Refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email us at admin@steadygo.trading with the following:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product(s) and packaging

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (in original payment method or store credit)


3. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

  • Products stored improperly after delivery (e.g., melted due to not being refrigerated)

  • Delays caused by customs or weather once dispatched internationally


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed. To cancel, please contact us immediately at admin@steadygo.trading

After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless they meet the damage/defect criteria above.
